As the youngest of three sisters, CeCe Shipley is eager to make her own space in the world. She even has the perfect place in mind—the cottage on Hollyhock Lane–until it’s sold to someone else. When the new and irritatingly sexy owner offers to hire CeCe as a historic consultant, she hops at the chance to influence his plans.
