About the Author

Carolina Fernandez is proud to belong to a big Colombian family, who she calls an “army of love.” Born in Miami, Florida, she draws inspiration from the melting-pot city where she grew up. Being raised by immigrants shaped her identity and worldview, fostering in her a deep love for community and a lifelong desire to use her talents for good. Carolina is passionate about creating works that evoke a sense of empathy and belonging in people of all ages.
